Kelowna Car Care Club – Refund Policy

All memberships are billed on a 12-month term.
By subscribing to the Kelowna Car Care Club, you agree to commit to the full one-year membership period.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only considered after the first 12 months of membership.
Members may request cancellation or refund after completing the full 1-year term and before the next renewal cycle.

No Prorated or Early Refunds

We do not offer:

• partial refunds,

• prorated refunds, or

• early cancellations within the active 12-month term.

This policy prevents misuse of services (such as receiving benefits, discounts, or free services and then canceling immediately).

Non-Refundable Usage

Any membership where services have been used—including inspections, oil changes, tire services, detailing, discounts, or repair credits—is non-refundable within the active term, regardless of usage quantity.

Renewal & Cancellation

• Membership automatically renews annually unless canceled before the renewal date.

• Members wishing to cancel renewal must notify us at least 14 days before the renewal date.

• Cancellation stops the next renewal but does not provide a refund for the current year.

Exceptional Circumstances

Refund requests due to extraordinary circumstances (e.g., relocation outside the region, vehicle total loss) may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Approval is not guaranteed.
