• One membership per vehicle. Non-transferable.

• All services are annual unless specified as monthly.

• 12-month term. Auto-renews annually.

• Cancel anytime after the first 12 months with 30 days’ written notice to info@kelownacarcare.ca.

• Monthly: Bronze $29.99 | Silver $39.99 | Gold $69.99

• Annual: Bronze $300 | Silver $400 | Gold $700

• Full annual payment is due upfront.

• Full refund if cancelled within 30 days and no services have been used.

• No refunds after 30 days or once any service has been redeemed.

• Paint & dent credits are per year, one-time use per repair.

• No rollover. No stacking. No cash value.

• Membership may be cancelled by the shop for misuse or non-payment.

• Cannot be combined with other promotions.
